Offshore & Subsea

We understand that the offshore and global subsea sectors require high integrity subsea bolting and fasteners, with more exacting properties that have been designed to withstand the challenges of this demanding industry and severe environments where the risk of bolting failure and corrosion levels are extremely high.

All parts supplied have the full level of traceability that guarantees our products the highest levels of integrity. To ensure absolute reliability we have implemented production control and documentation procedures to the highest standards which are evidenced through our accreditations to API 20E (BSL 1, 2 and 3) and API 20F (BSL 2 & 3) Registration No. Q1-3317.

We have a wide range of exotic grades (AISI 4340, A 453 Grade 660, Duplex and Superduplex UNS 32760, Inconel 718 and 625) for a variety of applications which include, but are not limited to; BOP, Christmas trees, Riser bolts structures, piping, spool, flowline and anchors.

Stock Distribution

One of our core strengths is our inventory. Not only does being part of the Cooper Turner Beck Group mean that we have access to stocks estimated at over £20 million worldwide, but we also have substantial stock and warehousing here in the West Midlands. This central location gives us easy access to the network of motorways and international shipping ports. Complementing our manufacturing capabilities and enabling us to offer a full range of delivery options – even ‘same day’ when required and where possible.

We measure our ‘On Time Delivery’ as a major ‘Key Performance Indicator’ as we recognise that this is of major importance to our clients – second only to the quality and integrity of the product itself.
