Quality as standard

We offer quality as standard for both products and services. With full in-house testing equipment and robust inspection procedures, we can ensure our components are manufactured to the highest industry standards. We offer 3.1 certification as standard and 3.2 certification on request.

Where applicable, all items are manufactured using our custom-made process control software which is maintained by our material certification to BS EN 10204 3.1 and quality approved in conformance with ISO 9001:2015.

Quality Department

Our Quality Department is fully equipped with calibrated measuring devices including calipers, thread micrometers, ring gauges, plug gauges, verniers and can conduct other tests including hardness, MPI, PMI, LPI.

Our accreditations

In the relentless pursuit of uncompromising product quality and service we became one of the first UK manufacturers to be successfully accredited to API Q1, 20E (BSL 1, 2 and 3) and API 20F (BSL 2 and 3), registration number Q1-3317.

Demonstrating our continued commitment to the environment and the safety of our people, we also hold certifications in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
